Return Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The product must be free from any signs of wear or damage.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at sales@coriumluxus.com or You can WhatsApp us on 03297756263 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is received, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with your return package.

Return Shipping

  1. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs 3000, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  2. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
